These terms apply to all users of the platform, including contractors, business owners, and any other individuals who access the service.
SwiftQuote is a web-based quoting platform that allows contractors and service businesses to: • Capture and manage leads • Create and send professional quotes via Email • Collect digital signatures • Convert quotes to invoices • Track analytics and performance The service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial for new accounts.
To use SwiftQuote, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account password • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • Be at least 18 years of age You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. SwiftQuote reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
SwiftQuote offers the following subscription plans: • Monthly Plan: $29 per month • Annual Plan: $249 per year (equivalent to $20.75/month) A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts with no credit card required. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using the service. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with SwiftQuote within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Partial refunds may be issued for unused subscription periods in exceptional circumstances.
You agree to use SwiftQuote only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the platform to send unsolicited or spam messages • Contact individuals who have not consented to receive messages from you • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including anti-spam laws • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity • Violate the terms of our messaging providers Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
By using SwiftQuote's SMS features, you represent and warrant that: • You have obtained proper consent from all recipients to receive SMS messages • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial SMS messaging including TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction • You will honor all opt-out requests promptly • The content of your messages is truthful and not misleading SwiftQuote is not responsible for your compliance with SMS regulations. You indemnify SwiftQuote against any claims arising from your SMS communications.
The SwiftQuote platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SwiftQuote and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using SwiftQuote, including your quotes, templates, and customer data. By using the platform, you grant SwiftQuote a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Your use of SwiftQuote is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer data complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
SwiftQuote aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. SwiftQuote is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SwiftQuote in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SwiftQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that quotes generated or sent through SwiftQuote will result in any particular business outcome.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation: • Your access to the platform ends at the conclusion of your current billing period • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion • You may export your data before termination SwiftQuote may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of SwiftQuote after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
